I'm a pelvic health personal trainer, specializing in helping women deal with prolapse and pelvic floor issues. My main goal is to support you in confidently getting back to the gym and sports, so you can enjoy an active lifestyle.
I focus on personal training for women to address or prevent prolapse and pelvic floor problems. Whether in the throngs of pregnancy, in the chaos of postpartum or the unknown of perimenopause or menopause I am here to help you get strong.
My training is all about guiding and educating you, helping you to build strength and to prevent, manage and improve your symptoms. The ultimate aim is to get you back to doing what you love without any hindrance.
I have been a personal trainer since 2015 and a steadfast sportswoman my entire life. I have a prolapse so I understand the challenges you face and how scary it can be. I am here to support you, guide you and give you opportunity to get back out there chasing your dreams in and out of the gym.
