During lock down Caragh Evans PT ran a series of weekly online classes and with popular demand I am looking to re launch these with a twist. A focus on pelvic health will be at the heart of the sessions, but movement and mobility will be the main source of inspiration as well as working on strength and flexibility.

Personal Training
Pelvic Floor Personal Training is a unique and specialised approach to fitness. Unlike traditional training, the focus here is on creating a harmonious relationship between your core muscles (around your torso), your diaphragm, and your pelvic floor (All of which make up your core). The goal at Caragh Evans PT is to develop and enhance the strength of your pelvic floor, using breathing techniques, core activation and strength training, enabling it to meet the demands of your daily activities and fitness goals.
