Reconnect with your strength and balance from the inside out. reCOREnect is a personalised 12-week program designed to help you regain control, build strength, and feel confident in your body again.

We start by focusing on the basics—breathwork, core, and pelvic floor activation—setting a strong foundation for you to progress safely. From there, we’ll gradually introduce weightlifting and strength training, all tailored to your personal goals.

Hybrid Personal Training

For those with a busy schedule, the Hybrid Program offers the perfect blend of flexibility and personalized support.

 

This program combines the convenience of online workouts with 1-2-1 personal training, allowing you to receive expert guidance while training on your own terms.

Choose between 1 or 2 in-person sessions per month, where we’ll focus on building your pelvic floor and core connection, progressing toward whole-body strength—just like in the full 1-2-1 training. The rest of your workouts are completed online, giving you the flexibility to fit exercise into your life when it suits you.

This program is perfect for:

  • Time-Poor Individuals: Train at your own pace with online support.
